During the traditional Roman cooking class, you’ll hear many stories about culinary methods and customs, passed down from generation to generation. You’ll start by preparing Tiramisù, then fresh pasta made with eggs (tagliatelle) and water (cavatelli), and you’ll also prepare two different types of sauce. Finally, you’ll have the chance to savor everything you’ve prepared, enjoying wine offered by the house.
